Strategies for Losing Weight and -Harder Yet Keeping It Off
No matter how many strategies you have for loosing weight if you don’t have self discipline ,everything would only be futile. To anything self discipline is the most important thing.
It is so easy to get fat but never easy to get slim and physically fit. Let us try this new technique and will see if this will work.
1. Buy a full length mirror and look in it every morning before you get dressed. It reveals everything , so you can’t fool yourself about your weight.
2.Keep busy during prime snacking time. Do a crossword puzzle , knit , write a letter to a friend.
3.Keep a diary of everything you eat. It made you concentrate on every bite.
4.Cut lots of vegetables and store them in plastic bags. Try some new ones: tiny raw string beans ,sugarsnap peas. Eats lots of popcorn, sans butter. It tastes good , it’s filling and it’s full of fiber.
5. On the weekend when you are most likely to overeat , wear tight jeans . It will literally be uncomfortable to eat too much.
6.Weigh yourself everyday.
7. Practice visualization. Picture that hot fudge sundae or those onion rings going straight to your hips.
8.Diet with friend. It helps to have someone to commiserate with , and since neither of you wants to be the first to cheat or heaven forbid ,gain any weight – you’ll stick with it longer.
